£38,890 - £44,503 per annum (indicative)

Be responsible to the Project Manager for defining the project benefits, assessing progress towards realization and achieving measured improvements in business operations for specified digital, information and technology projects on behalf of the Trust.

Be able to effectively communicate, negotiate and build relationships at all levels within the Trust and with external suppliers. Make decisions that benefit the Trust, translating the outcomes and outputs into internal change via business process review and/or system enhancements.

Represent the Trust’s interest at external meetings (as examples, hosted by local Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships and Digital Programme Boards) where senior member of the wider health community attend and focus is on the development and implementation of National and Local digital and information strategies.

Manage all aspects of projects through specification, budgets, timescales and maintain a robust change and delivery management framework for assigned projects.

Work as part of a wider Programme Management team to ensure recognised value add of this function to the organisation.
