Applications are invited for an 8a Deputy - Blood Sciences Manager to join our team at Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful applicant will join a small, affable and well regarded team in a UKAS accredited department providing a wide range of diagnostic testing for the acute trust, and community services across Northern Devon and North Cornwall.

North Devon Hospital is part of North Devon Healthcare Trust which provides integrated acute and community services across North Devon. The acute hospital provides a full complement of secondary care including cancer services, emergency care, maternity and paediatric services. It is a designated Cancer Unit and Trauma Unit.

Currently we are working towards integrating services with the Royal Devon & Exeter Foundation Trust and working with partners across our network, which will open up opportunities for collaborative working , interesting degree of flexibility and career development should that be of interest to candidates. The successful candidate will report to the RDE Blood Sciences Manager following integration but initially to the Pathology Service Manager at ND.
