Looking for a Portfolio Career in General Practice?

Modality Partnership is one of the largest GP led organisations in the NHS, renowned for its innovative approach to general practice. In partnership with Hull University Hospitals NHS Trust, we are collaboratively redesigning outpatient services with more care being delivered in community settings.  We are looking for GPs who are either currently practicing as, or, wish to develop their knowledge and experience as GPs with extended roles (GPwERs). The roles will offer the opportunity for candidates to gain exposure to the future models for delivering hospital services within primary care, using new technologies and through integrated working. 

 The posts on offer will be across the following specialty areas:

  • Dermatology
  • Rheumatology
  • Gynaecology
  • ENT
  • Cardiology
  • Urology 

All roles will be split between providing GP sessions within local GP practices  and training/working within one of the above specialty areas.  

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their skills in these roles via the Post-CCT fellowship programme or through Modality’s Clinical Fellowship programme.
