An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, forward thinking and dedicated individual to lead our Cardiorespiratory Department at North Devon District Hospital.

We are looking for an experienced cardiac physiologist either with experience of leadership at a senior level, or wishing to take the next steps in their career.

The Cardiorespiratory services are provided by an enthusiastic and passionate team, who work closely with other clinical colleagues to provide high quality services to the people of North Devon.

Heart rhythm device follow-up is undertaken locally with close ties to Royal Devon and Exeter as the implant centre and a range of ECG services. Including drive through ambulatory heart monitors (since the pandemic).

The department is keen to adopt further physiologist/AHP led initiatives in the future, which improve patient pathways and keep care closer to home.

If you feel that you have the skills and attributes we are looking for please apply. We are happy to arrange informal visits to the department, or informal discussions with team members.
