Bank Band 6 Health Visitor for various bases in North West Surrey (Runnymede and Woking Boroughs)

An exciting opportunity exists to practice innovative, compassionate and reflective Health Visiting as part of our Bank Health Visiting Service.

We require experienced Health Visitors who are keen to practice in various locations across Children and Family Health Surrey. You will an adaptable, highly motivated, excellent team player who is an effective and compassionate communicator.

You will be joining an experienced, talented and motivated team of Health Visitors who work across various geographical locations within Surrey.

Our practitioners work toward our shared purpose:

• Caring about their clients, seeking to make the support that families receive as beneficial and positive an experience for them as possible

• Compassionate and reflective, appreciating the value of research and best practice

• Committed to provide best outcomes for children through delivery of the Healthy Child Programme

• Competent in delivering best practice through training, regular supportive clinical supervision and access to personal IT systems that work

• Courageous in innovation and always ready to have a go

• Communicate effectively with our partners to work towards the best outcomes for children and their families.
