We are looking for 2 enthusiastic community paediatrician to join our team. You will be supporting the delivery of our services within the Integrated service for Children with Additional Needs (ICAN). Here at Leeds Community Healthcare (LCH), we are working in partnership with Leeds City Council, primary care, education, third sector and other services to be the best city in the UK for children and young people to grow up in.

Our service philosophy and approach is placing the child and family at the centre of delivery of care. Under the current Covid-19 circumstances this is particularly important and requires great flexibility and the abilty to adapt to changing circumstances.

The workload is busy, but the environment is one of support, as well as having a sense of enjoyment and job satisfaction. We support the development of SAS doctors, and have a strong programme of Quality Improvement and Continuing Professional Development.

We are seeking to appoint two part-time Specialty Doctors to expand our team of Community Paediatricians delivering paediatric neurodisability services and community paediatric services across the city. There will be opportunities to contribute to other parts of the service over time according to the interests of the applicant and the needs of the service. Active Consultant support and supervision will be provided.
