£19,737 - £21,142 Per Annum Pro Rata

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person for a varied role within the administrative team of the Health & Social Care team, based at Bideford Hospital.

The post holder will be part of a small admin team who support the Community Nurses, Therapy team and Social Services, who all make up the Health & Social Care Team. You need to be adaptable to change, as this role is varied, with you covering admin support for each team on a weekly rota, including covering reception for the nurse-led Leg Clinic.

We are looking for someone who is well organised and have a logical approach to work, and enjoy working flexibly under pressure in a busy team. You also need to be able to work under your own initiative, on occasions. You should have proven IT skills, be a good communicator. You should be familiar with MS Office suite of products, including Word and Excel. Experience of TrakCare and/or RiO would be an desirable.

This is a Job Share post of 19 hours per week:

Monday 1:30pm - 5pm

Tuesday 1pm – 5pm

Wednesday 1pm – 5pm

Thursday 1pm – 5pm

Friday 1.30pm – 5pm
