We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Speech and Language Therapist to join our integrated Children’s Therapy Service as a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and Clinical Team Coordinator for the Solent Speech and Language service.

The Children’s Therapy service in the North of Hampshire is based over two sites, Aldershot Centre for Health and Adelphi House in Basingstoke. The successful candidate is likely to be based at Aldershot Centre for Health.

The role will involve clinical work across a wide range of conditions across all pathways, as well as acting as Team Coordinator with responsibility for the management of team caseloads, clinical activity, data analysis, clinical and line management of staff including performance management.

We are currently in a time of transformation and the successful candidate will have opportunity to help shape our service and implement different ways of working. The successful candidate will be supported to develop their skills and knowledge in performance management processes. This is an exciting time to join our service and be part of a forward thinking team.

We are looking for a paediatric Speech and Language Therapist who has an interest in further developing their clinical and managerial knowledge and skills. The role would suit an experienced specialist or highly specialist paediatric Speech and Language Therapist.

We are an experienced and supportive team that has excellent working relationships with early years services, schools, health and social care colleagues allowing us to share our expertise more widely and create innovative ways of working together to better meet the needs of the child and their family/ carers.
