Telecoach / Psychologist Therapist/Mental Health Nurse/Occupational Therapist/ Social Worker

Our First Response service offers 24/7 support to people of all ages living in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale or Craven to ensure that access to high-quality mental health care can be achieved by people suffering with a mental health Crisis in line with Core 24 Guidance.

Accessed through a single phone number people can ring for help from psychological / mental health trained staff, who can identify their needs and intervene or signpost as required to ensure that they can access the right support in a timely way from an appropriate service.

We are looking for practitioners who are caring, compassionate and have a genuine interest in working with people in mental health crisis. You will be working within a dynamic team consisting of First Responders and Advance Nurse Practitioners in delivering a high standard of care. We are looking for someone who can assess risk, has formulation skills, and can make evidence based clinical decisions

As a Telecoach you will be working with people & families of all ages presenting in heightened state of distress and delivering brief psychological interventions/strategies for managing crisis.

Recent acute mental health experience would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will work a variety of shift patterns providing 24/7 support to the service.
