Due to an exciting expansion of the Memory Assessment Service and In-Reach service we are currently seeking skilled, motivated, passionate health care support workers with a desire to provide high quality and timely care under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Recruiting across North Hants, if you have a desire to be to part of innovative service re-design and expansion then we are looking for you. You will be part of a supportive service with a focus on development whatever your band.

Are you ready to make a difference?

You will need excellent communication skills preferably with experience of working with people with dementia. You will need to work independently but under the supervision of a senior member of staff supporting the care of people who require memory assessments or who reside in care homes and have dementia with BPSD or other mental health difficulties.

The successful candidates will be able to communicate effectively with patients, families and other care providers, have good administration and IT skills, as well as organisational skills and safeguarding knowledge.
