An opportunity has arisen for a part time Receptionist / Administrator within the Central Booking Office & Physio department based at Chippenham Community Hospital. The role is demanding and interesting and will require someone who is flexible and able to work under pressure and deal with a variety of tasks. You will provide admin support as part of the Central Booking Office Team on a Monday & Wednesday and reception cover for the Physio department on a Tuesday & Friday. This involves (but is not limited to) reception duties, receiving electronic referrals and telephoning patients to book appointments. Experience of patient administration systems would be advantageous. If you are enthusiastic, have good IT and communication skills and enjoy working in a team then we would like to hear from you. In return we can offer you a supportive, fast moving and varied job, in an often busy environment. To be eligible for this post the applicant will need to have a good general education, preferably NVQ Level 2/3 in business administration, or equivalent as well as excellent IT skills. We are a busy, friendly team, who would welcome the opportunity to work with a new member of staff willing to contribute to the on-going development of the services we provide.
