The Role


We are keen to recruit the right leader to the team in our organisation which fundamentally drives our values and the nature of our relationships with the people who use and work in our services. Our Inclusion and Engagement Team is beginning the next stage of its journey in defining the value of the connections we make with people, be they colleagues, service users or carers. The successful post holder will have a proven track record of working with these stakeholders to empower and optimise their experience. They will be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of the principles of Recovery, Inclusion, Involvement and Engagement, both from a personal position and in terms of guidance, policy and practice.
