A fantastic 7 month fixed term/secondment opportunity (with the possibility of being extended) has arisen for a skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic Operational Lead to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will have day to day operational management responsibility of four COVID-19 vaccination centres. This post will cover vaccination centres/hubs across Leicester and Leicestershire.

The successful candidate will be required to lead and plan the delivery of the mass vaccination programme, working collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to work alongside system partners, building strong relationships to deliver an effective and equitable COVID-19 vaccination programme at pace.

Naturally, you will have excellent organisational skills alongside excellent communication skills both written, face to face and over the telephone/video calls.

The post holder will be required to work from a variety of bases to suit the needs of the service.
