Bank Staff Nurse Vacancies

We are currently recruiting to our Trust Temporary Staffing Team - Bank on Us and we are seeking Registered nurses with a valid NMC registration that have been qualified for at least 6 months with acute hospital nursing experience. You must work well in a team and be reliable and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills, as well as adaptable and flexible to changing situations, working within Trust policies and the NMC Code of Conduct.

We have bank shifts in the following areas at St Peters Hospital: 

    • Emergency Department
    • Medical Wards including Acute Medical Unit, Cardiology, Senior Adults Medical Services, Gastroenterology, Respiratory and Stroke
    • Surgical Wards including the Surgical Assessment Unit and Surgical HDU
    • Trauma and Orthopedics including Swan Ward and the Rowley Bristow Unit
    • Critical Care Unit with a combination of Intensive care beds and Medical HDU beds

Across both Ashford and St Peters Sites we have bank shifts in the following areas: 

    • Ophthalmology
    • Radiology
    • Theatres
    • Outpatients 

Ashford Hospital facilities include:

    • Day Surgery Unit
    • Elective Orthopedic Units

The Trust also has clinical services in the following areas where we also have bank shifts available:

    • Woking Community Hospital – Bradley Unit (Stroke and Neuro Rehab)
    • West Byfleet and Cranley Clinics

Bank on Us Hourly Pay Rates from 1 April 2020 for Bank only Workers and Substantive Staffing working

Where to find us:

Our main sites are Ashford Hospital, TW15 3AA near to Heathrow Airport and St Peter’s Hospital, KT16 0RQ which is close to junction 11, M25. We also operate services at Woking Bradley Unit and Milford Hospital. A free shuttle bus service operates between Ashford & St Peter’s Hospitals.
