Are you looking for a rewarding new challenge? CSH Surrey’s North West Surrey Community Rehab team is looking for a dynamic, caring and confident individual to join its team.

The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of dedicated physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy assistants, providing personalised and evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients across the areas of Walton, Woking, Ashford and Staines in NW Surrey. The therapist will be managing and treating a mixed caseload (comprising of neurological, elderly and orthopaedic conditions) with an emphasis on rehabilitation and self-management in a variety of formats e.g. virtual, face to face and group formats. This post offers good opportunities to develop or consolidate experience and skills within the community setting.

Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, good communication skills (verbal and written),a resilience to change and the ability to be flexible are essential attributes required for this role. An ability to work autonomously and as a lone worker is also essential.

There will be opportunities to contribute to the service development through audit, training and supervisory activities. Regular clinical supervision, a personalised development plan and support from clinical team leaders will be provided to enable career progression.

A valid driving licence and use of a car for work are essential.

Full-time, Flexible working may be considered.
