Band 3 Administrator 30 hours a week working within the Single Point of Access (SPA), based at Woking Community Hospital, Surrey.

The Single Point of Access (SPA) is an exciting and evolving service based in Woking Hospital. It isthe single point of contact for all adult referrals for CSH Surrey, North West Surrey Community Services.

The service operational between 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday. Administrators within the service work two shift patterns of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm on a monthly rostered basis. The service has a plan to extend opening hours between 8am -8pm, 7 days a week so there will be an expectation of the post holder to be available at weekends and evenings to support the team going forward.

We are looking for motivated candidate who will join the team to provide a high level of administrative support to clinical services across North West Surrey.

The post holder will be required to liaise with clinicians, clients, referring parties and other administrative teams. Managing the processing of referrals, all referral related enquiries and appointment bookings for the service.

The Single Point of Access is a busy, fast paced, friendly team. The team pride themselves on a collaborative team working approach. Each member striving to deliver the most effective patient focused administration support for our service.

The successful candidate will be required to have a dynamic and flexible approach within a challenging environment. They will need good written and verbal communication, strong IT skills and administration skills.
