An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a permanent, full time Network Lead to join the Cumbria Learning and Improvement Collaborative (CLIC) Team.

The purpose of CLIC is to drive a positive transformation in health and social care across Cumbria by leading and embedding a culture of collaboration for continuous learning, continuous improvement and living within our means.

CLIC brings together everyone working in health and social care in North Cumbria, including people who use services and has three key priorities:

• Developing the right skills to provide the best care

• Building our improvement knowhow and engaging people in leading improvements

• Building collective leadership across the system, growing compassionate leaders who role model behaviours and create effective teams

We provide development programmes that add value to organisational learning – primarily leadership, skills and improvement know how. We also connect people together and provide support for those who are leading and enabling change using common tools and approaches.

This is where you come in. Our Network Lead will focus on

• Leading the CLIC strategic approach to connect, develop and sustain communities of practice (COP) in leadership and continuous improvement across health and social care

• Using specialist knowledge to help design and deliver training and development programmes that enhance leadership, team working and continuous improvement

• Coaching and supporting individuals and teams in their improvement journey

• Leading a range of cross sector initiatives that enable North Cumbria to be a great place to work and develop
