We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses committed to delivering excellent patient care to join our new Integrated Network Teams (INTs) based in the Inner City and East Locality of Bristol. These new INTs provide a nursing and therapy service 7 days per week between the hours of 8am and 8pm for planned care and urgent response.

You will work autonomously and collaboratively within the Integrated Network Team which comprises of Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Community Nurse Team Leaders, Senior Therapists, Community Nurses, Assistant Practitioners, Nurse Associates, Healthcare Assistants and Rehab Support Workers.

You will be visiting patients in their own home or residential setting, providing skilled nursing care. You will need excellent communication and clinical skills and have experience of working within a team; previous community experience is desirable but not essential. You will also be required to use the electronic patient record system, EMIS. You will have excellent time management and be able to prioritise your work load effectively. You will receive support in your ongoing development from the Community Nurse Team Leaders.

Weekend and bank holiday working and some late shifts (no nights) will be part of this role. You need to have access to a car with a full driving license to apply.

We currently have the following opportunities in our Inner City & East Bristol Integrated Network Teams:

  • 1.3 WTE based within our Bristol Inner City INT based predominantly at East Trees Health Centre.
  • 1 WTE based within our new FOSS INT based predominantly at East Bristol Intermediate Care Centre, St George.
