Job Title: Training Hub (NTH) Relationship Manager

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum, pro rata

Hours: Min 22.5hours –Max 30 hours per week

Location: Northamptonshire-Main Base will be Bicester with some travel around Northamptonshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Hub (NTH) Relationship Manager to support Primary Care to plan their workforce requirements and re-design their workforce . The Post holder will help support the creation of the right workforce to support the delivery of improved population health outcomes and will help transform the landscape of primary care and primary care networks in the widest sense.

The post holder will lead and implement new initiatives and projects with stakeholders to benefit the NTH the Federations/Super Practice, LMC and CCG.

They will also act as the point of contact for all Northamptonshire Primary Care Training Hub services and will be responsible for ensuring Health Education England’s strategic and operational oversight of the primary care training hub agenda and the associated workforce programmes and projects developed in response to local priorities across the health and care system.

The successful candidate will possess qualification in a Management subject, or equivalent experience working at a senior level in an education, project management or healthcare setting and will be an effective communicator, able to adapt style, context and delivery method to the intended audience .
