We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Governance Lead to join our Clinical Governance Team here at The London Clinic. This role is based at our head office in Central London with remote working available, and we are offering a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.

Job Description

As a key member of the Clinical Governance Team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical governance team in the further development of robust systems and processes throughout the Hospital in relation to clinical governance and quality, which underpins safe clinical practice.

• Job Type: Full Time, permanent position.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mon - Fri within the core hours of 9am - 5.30pm.
• Location: The London Clinic Head Office – NW1 4LJ (Remote working available).

Duties & Responsibilities

• To focus on the continuing development of a seamless clinical governance and risk management strategy which fosters multidisciplinary working across the hospital.
• Keep up to date with relative national guidance, disseminate key messages and incorporate them into practice. 
• Co-ordinate the compilation of Governance reports, and provide support in the compilation of other Governance related reports including for example: Executive and Patient Safety reports, and ensure timely submission.
• Collate all required information, and ensure timely submission of accurate data to inform the corporate clinical dashboard

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience of managing Clinical teams
• Appropriate clinical education to degree level
• Comprehensive knowledge of all clinical competency frameworks and how these are effectively applied in practice.
• CQC frameworks and regulatory standards.
