Transfer Team Band 5 Registered Nurse

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nurse who is passionate about delivering high standards of nursing care to ensure a positive patient experience. You need to have excellent communication skills and be prepared to work in a busy and sometimes challenging environment.

The role is for a Band 5 Registered Nurse to work in the Clinical Operations Team as a Transfer Nurse supporting the safe transfer and movement of our patients through the hospital. You will be supported by the Clinical Duty Manager and work alongside Healthcare Assistants and Porter colleagues to safely transfer our patients predominantly out of the Emergency Department and Urgent Care wards.

The core hours for this post is 14:00-22:00 over the 7 day period offered on a part time hours basis of 3 days per week.

The ability to work as part of a team and a commitment to give high quality care whilst adhering to trust values and behaviours is essential.
