We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Senior Staff nurse to join our Twilight community nursing team in Epsom. The team is based at New Epsom & Ewell Community Hospital, Epsom and works across patients in Epsom, Ewell and Banstead.
The Community Team visit patients in their own home as well as care homes. There are excellent opportunities for training and development of both your clinical and leadership skills.
The team has experienced District Nurses and Team Leaders who will ensure that you have the necessary support for your personal development. The twilight community nursing service works over a 7 day week (6.30pm to 11.30pm) and includes weekend and bank holiday working.

Individuals will be expected to deliver and maintain a high standard of clinical and professional Nursing Care and to assist in the delivery of all aspects of individualized patient care in addition to management of an established team of Registered nurses and HCAs.
