A fantastic opportunity has arisen for reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic Outpatient Services team at Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust.


The Orthopaedic Data Administrator/Medical Secretary will provide a comprehensive administrative and high quality data input support at St Mary’s and Charing Cross Hospitals.

This role will be split with three days of NJR/PROMs and SSI data input provision and the other two days supporting the current team of medical secretaries and/or general administration as required by the needs of the service.

This role will require you to be able to travel between the two sites – St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington and Charing Cross Hospital in Hammersmith so please make sure you are happy to travel to both sites before you apply.


The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.

Successful candidates will have previous data input and healthcare administrative experience and be able to work in a demanding environment which is constantly changing. You will be capable of managing your time effectively, meeting deadlines and using your own initiative. Excellent communication skills are vital as the post-holder will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders.


A good standard of verbal and written English, numeracy and attention to detail is required and expected.
