Casual Healthcare Assistants

You will be a member of our casual team,covering staff shortages due to high volumes of referrals, sickness or annual leave on an ad hoc basis.

This role requires you to possess exceptional organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a busy clinical environment independently and as part of a team, along with having excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with a variety of people at various levels. Flexibility is key to meet the demands of the company.


We are looking for Casual Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Bristol. Clinics typically run between 8am and 6pm Monday and Friday with some Saturday shifts.

You will provide general support to GP Care’s team delivering a range of outpatient services, from various clinic locations in the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire areas with travel to Gloucestershire and Swindon on occasion. As travel to our multiple clinic locations will be required, you will need a current driving licence and access to a car.

£9.42 per hour plus holiday pay at 14.5% (25 days holiday) and a generous pension scheme.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to attend an interview and if sucessful will then be asked to attend one of our clinics.
