Charnwood CMHT have an exciting opportunity for an experienced RMN, preferably with community experience to join us in the role of Team Leader. We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator, with excellent inter-personal skills and leadership qualities, excellent clinical skills and an ability to manage day-to-day challenges that might arise in this role. You will need to be motivated, organised and reliable, able to demonstrate an attitude that respects and values others, encouraging choice, engagement and involvement from the patients and carers who use our services.

It’s an exciting time to join the Team as we are at the start of a five-year transformation journey to ensure we provide excellent services for patients with mental ill health and support people towards recovery and resilience. It’s a challenging and fulfilling environment with multi-disciplinary teamwork at its core. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to change and the ability to support and promote change within the Team

We are a recognised learning Placement area and support both Nursing and Medical Students.

We have a strong commitment to Supervision, training and regular appraisal, from which you will benefit.
