We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our team.

We are looking to appoint x 1 part time 22.5 Band 3 Service Coordinator for our Single Point of Access (SPA). The post involves coordinating calls and enquires from patients to ensure that they receive the correct advice and aims to provide a central point and signposted to the appropriate persons.

You will also be the first point for all mail coming into the organisation and will include sending holding letters for complaints and appeals.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and sensitively to the complex range of calls taken, including calls from patients, carers and their families. We are seeking flexible individuals who have the ability to prioritise, organise workloads effectively and have the skills to participate in partnership working with a wide range of healthcare professionals. You will be part of a dynamic team, focused on delivering quality patient focused customer care.

The successful candidate must be highly professional, approachable and committed to providing an excellent service.
