Band 4 Urogynaecology Pathway Coordinator

The Women’s Children’s & Clinical Support Services division is one of three divisions within Imperial College Healthcare Trust. The Gynaecology & Reproductive Medicine directorate is based at Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital (located on the Hammersmith Hospital Site), and at St Mary’s Hospital.

We receive 18,000 new general Gynaecology referrals annually, with a further 700 new referrals to the West London Gynaecological Cancer Centre at Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital. Our Gynaecology team currently perform over 5,000 day case surgeries per year and 2,000 inpatient operations.


We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and conscientious team player to join large multi-disciplinary teams, in the directorate Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine.

 

We have a full time permanent vacancy for a Band 4 Urogynaecology Pathway Coordinator who will be working in a devolved administration setting within the Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine Directorate, based at St Mary’s Hospital Site.

 

The successful post holder will be used to working autonomously, be proactive and able to take initiative to solve problems. The coordinator will need to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and various administrative teams to deliver the objectives of the service.

 

You will have excellent team working and communication skills with the vision and enthusiasm to continually develop yourself and assist with the development of the service. Applicants will be proficient in Microsoft Office and patient management software systems.
