Are you passionate about the delivery of safe and effective patient centred care? If so, Northern Devon Healthcare Trust is looking for registered nurses on our trauma and orthopaedic ward with passion, clinical credibility, inspiration and motivation with the ability to help you stretch and development your clinical skills. This post is happy to consider both part time and full time posts working up to 37.5 hours per week.

Glossop ward is built on the foundations of a highly functioning and caring multi-disciplinary team, who pride themselves on the delivery of quality, safe and compassionate care. The speciality offers depth and strength to its skill set supported by nurses, nursing associates, HCAs, clinical educator, therapists, ACPs and medical staff who collectively drive patient centred innovation. Due to the dynamic collaborative multi-disciplinary team Glossop ward has the lowest length of stay for patients with hip fractures in the south west according to the national hip fracture data base (2019). A current and valid NMC registration is required for this nursing post and all posts include a commitment to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays as necessary to meet the needs of the service.
