Are you Children's Nurse looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity which do not become available often. It is a post which requires cross team working within our service and caring for children with a variety of needs some of which may be complex and challenging.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, forward thinking and had a sound professional knowledge and excellent communication skills. You should have the ability to prioritise and work both independently and as part of a team.

In this post you will provide highly skilled, quality clinical and non-clinical care, which is outcome focused, to support children and their families, to enable them to live, participate and achieve in all aspects of life, at home and within their community. The workload is varied and interesting with opportunity to develop further knowledge and skill s.

You will teach parents, carers and other health professionals as required and will mentor pre and post registered students.




If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
