Our People Team is now seeking the very best senior leaders to bring business insights and spearhead transformational change across the Trust to help deliver the excellent employment experience via the NHS People Strategy and NLAG’s own People Strategy

Appointed to lead our Workforce Teams, the successful candidate, alongside members of the Directorate senior management team, will enable the achievement of Trust priorities and objectives through the delivery of:

  • Improvements to organisational capacity and capability through effective HR Business Partnering
  • Portfolio People Plans in collaboration with operational managers and Directorate colleagues
  • Service redesigns and alternative business models
  • Excellent and timely HR casework which supports people performance
  • Innovative recruitment and selection strategies and staff retention plans
  • A high performing organisation and employee focused Occupational Health and associated service
  • Management of Occupational Health and Recruitment Department
