SWAST has initiated a project to roll out Microsoft Office 365 across the Trust. Working to the Project Manager this role is an essential part of the implementation team. The Business Change Manager will be responsible for defining project benefits and supporting the achievement of them; developing training plans, supporting user acceptance testing and working across the business to develop a network of champions to ensure understanding and take up of new functionality.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate, negotiate, build relationships and make decisions that benefit the Trust. Owning the overall communication strategy this role will act as an ambassador for the project with the business, visibly and positively supporting project tasks and goals.

This role will work as part of a wider Programme Management team to share knowledge, identify interdependencies and support the Project Manager in ensuring a consistent approach to delivery.
