You must have a broad clinical experience across orthopaedics, neurology, respiratory as well as care of the elderly and enjoy the challenges of providing rehabilitation to people in their own homes. You will be supported by experienced Band 7 Physiotherapists, and work alongside a dedicated team of other Band 6 and Band 5 Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, as well as health and social care professionals from the wider integrated team. In your role you will be responsible for supervising Band 5 Physiotherapists, and Band 3 and 4 Rehabilitation Assistants. This will offer you the opportunity to develop your supervisory and managerial skills. There are excellent opportunities for learning and development, both at an organisational and In-Service level, including opportunities to attend relevant external courses and conferences.
