Divisional Support Secretary

Operational Management is looking for a Divisional Support Secretary for the Division of Medicine to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Group and Service Managers and Associate Medical Directors within the Division and across the wider Operational Management teams as needed.

Duties will include diary management, taking accurate telephone messages and dealing with queries where appropriate, arranging meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting papers and taking meeting notes if needed.

The successful applicant will need to have excellent organisation skills, be able to work in a busy, open-plan office environment with frequent interruptions and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Applicants will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous secretarial experience and the ability to touch-type would be an advantage.
