HR Recruitment Administrator - Digital Engagement

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Recruitment Team, weare seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join us and work across our Digital Engagement team as well as supporting our Recruitment Advisors with their busy portfolios.

Last year alone, we recruited over 1,000 people to join our growing teams – this year we anticipate being even busier! We are having to advertise smarter than before and really think outside of the box in terms of how we attract more candidates to join our Trust.

As part of this role, you will learn and help develop key recruitment processes by supporting our Recruitment Advisors with their onboarding portfolios as well supporting our online social media activities and exciting engagement initiatives.

With this in mind we are seeking someone who has:

  • Experience in using social media platforms (recruiting or advertising)

  • Great attention to detail

  • Excellent coordination skills

  • The ability to manage conflicting workloads

  • Team working experience

As well as having experience of working / advertising within *key social media platforms we are seeking someone with an intermediate knowledge of using Microsoft Excel – these elements are likely to be tested at interview.

Our Recruitment Team is split across two sites Bicester (Oxfordshire) and Newbury (Berkshire) – due to the current pandemic the majority of our working time is currently from home but we expect to return to the office when restrictions allow.

This role is full time (37.5 hours a week), Monday – Friday with the occasional Saturdays and evenings (approx. 1 weekend day every 4-6 weeks).
