An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Finance team as a Finance & Systems Assistant supporting the team to provide timely and accurate records.

This role will support all accounts functions including but not limited to Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Cash Book.

Working as part of a small team, this role will offer variety and exposure to a number of different projects within accounts and finance as the business expands and develops.

This position will also play a pivotal role in the internal control setup and implementation of the company’s rota management system to ensure all staff records are correct and payroll can be processed in a timely manner.

The post holder will be educated to GCSE level as a minimum with at least a C grade in English and Maths and have excellent administrative skills and proficiency in the use of Windows based software with Advanced level Excel skills .

Knowledge of Rota Management and Management Information Systems is advantageous. Experience in IT systems, data input/extraction, and analytical reporting is essential.
