The Role

Leading on the strategic and day to day delivery of a consistently high quality Recovery College, putting the service user at the heart of everything we do. The post holder will build effective relationships with partner agencies, sub-contractors and commissioners, working with the senior management team to turn our vision for the future into a reality.

 

You

You will be a qualified health or education professional by background, possibly working in education or as a counsellor, nurse or psychologist with experience of working at management level within a comparable organisation and now perhaps ready for the next step into a more senior role.

You will have a proven track record of managing successful projects, you will be used to dealing with budgets and tenders and you will, of course, have experience of a range of psychological therapies.

Most importantly, you will be passionate about improving the lives of our service users. You will be an influential and charismatic leader, an excellent communicator, a good decision maker and you will be able to inspire those around you, forging strong and effective relationships with our partners.
