This is an exciting secondment opportunity within the Adult business unit in Leeds Community HealthCare NHS Trust. We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Therapy Associate Practitioner to join the Multi-disciplinary team which has been formed to support primary and community care providers in the management and rehabilitation of patients recovering from Covid -19.
Working alongside the newly formed COVID rehabilitation team across organisational boundaries with health, social care and voluntary sectors and partners, successful candidates will provide personalised, holistic rehabilitation, with guidance and support from the therapists within the team, to patients in Leeds to achieve the best recovery and clinical outcomes.

You must be able to demonstrate you have an awareness and basic understanding of treating patients who are recovering from COVID 19.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have the ability and flexibility to work within a newly developing Multi-disciplinary team and be able to implement change as required in response to the changing national and local picture of COVID 19.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary.
