Senior Specialist Biomedical Scientist – Microbiology

Applications are invited for a Senior Specialist Microbiology BMS to join one other Senior at Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust. The role is for 37.5 hours per week and is for a permanent position. (Job share maybe considered to cover 37.5 hour week).

The UKAS accredited department provides a wide range of diagnostic testing for the acute trust, and community services across Northern Devon and North Cornwall. The ideal applicant must be prepared to live in a beautiful part of the country whilst contributing to the high standards of patient care delivered by this small and innovative Trust.

We provide support to avoid hospital admissions, and if an admission is necessary, we try to make each patient’s stay in hospital as short and effective as possible before working with them on a safe discharge home.
