Ready for a new challenge? An exciting band 6 Occupational Therapist opportunity has arisen to join our Acute Orthopaedic team working 37.5 hours per week.

Are you innovative and passionate about trauma and elective orthopaedics? Are you keen to adopt new ways of working that places patient experience and optimises their outcome at the heart of decision making? We have an innovative Orthopaedic Supported Discharge service where we follow our patients for 6 weeks post op and continue their functional rehabilitation in their own homes.

Our team currently celebrate having the shortest length of stay for femoral fractures in England (NHFD) with excellent outcomes. The post holder will be involved in facilitating change within electives, trauma and Orthopaedic Supported Discharge (OSD) team.
