The role:

  • Salaried ANP post
  • Full time, shared role or part time working over both our Bury and Radcliffe sites
  • Supported training and clinical supervision
  • Part of BARDOC’s family of practices

Set-up of the practice:

9,500 patients across two sites with a diverse, sometimes challenging population

Rock Healthcaare is a training practice

Both sites are supported by BARDOC’s Management Team and broad range of complementary Primary Care Services inc. HR, IT, Finance and Governance.

On-site management team, robust GP Team, Practice Nurses, HCA/AP, Clinical Pharmacists, Midwifery Services and local Social Prescribing team.

Two sites covering Bury town centre and Radcliffe areas with great access links to M66, M62 and central Manchester via Metrolink

Teams work closely together and provide a family-friendly environment.

Local provision of minor surgery, joint injections, coils and long-acting contraception.

Overall ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating

Regular in house and wider clinical training/learning sessions

Regular MDT meetings providing support and input from the team
