The Informatics Customer Operations team of Cumbria Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is expanding!

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be involved in a wide range of Informatics projects. This includes the Trust wide roll-out of electronic prescribing and medicines administration (ePMA). We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to be part of a new and exciting project which will be a significant development for the Trust’s digital journey.

Covering an area from the Borders of Scotland to the North of Durham, and across North Cumbria, we are actively working with clinical services to improve Informatics provision.

You will work in a supportive role to the Project Manager and Project Leads. This is an entry level position, to support the implementation, configuration, testing and training for clinical and corporate systems and IT solutions.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Education to degree level, or relevant experience.
  • Experience of using a range of informatics solutions and systems.
  • Knowledge of change management, and strong organisation skills.
  • Experience of producing high quality written documentation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of workshop facilitation and training would be desirable.
