The post is for 15 hours worked over 2 or 3 days, Monday – Friday.

The post is based within the Leicester Royal Infirmary however there is a requirement for some travel between the hospital sites.

Patient Experience are seeking an admin assistant to join our successful team. You will be working with the Older people and Dementia services on our new Harm Free Person Centred Care Ambition for Falls, safety, Older People and Dementia. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in other initiatives within the patient experience team

The successful candidate should be, enthusiastic, with excellent organisational skills.

The post holder will have a flexible approach and a calm, professional manner. The ability to work accurately whilst multi-tasking is essential. The right candidate should have administrative experience and be confident in using Microsoft office.

The Admin Assistant will provide high quality and effective administrative support , you will be confident using Excel to report and present the data that will support the Harm Free Care Ambition. You will need good communication skills and be able to work confidently on your own with assigned duties. You will be required to prioritise work and be able to work collaboratively as part of our team.
