As a Unit Support Worker at the University Hospitals of Leicester you will provide the hospital site (Leicester Royal/Leicester General/Glenfield) with portering, housekeeping and domestic services as required ensuring patients are moved in a timely manner.

This job purpose covers a 7 day week, 24 hours , including weekends and bank holidays.

We are actively recruiting staff to work primarily at LRI site but may be required to cross site work at LGH and GGH sites, to support the timely transfer of patients across the ED and emergency floor and ward areas.

You will have full induction to the role and be supported by the Operations Team. We also offer a range of benefits such as pension, weekly pay, and annual leave payment depending on how much you work.

NHS experience is not essential for these roles as full training will be provided.
