We are looking to recruit two dynamic Digital Directors who can join our group model and who can implement our digital vision across both Kettering and Northampton.
The key responsibility of the Digital Director is to provide vision and technical leadership in the delivery of the digital and technology aims of each Trusts, aligned to the Group Digital Strategy to enable wider improvements across the group in quality, efficiency and business effectiveness. We will be looking for someone who has demonstrated their alignment to this way of delivering change in a large complex organisations (in or outside the NHS).

If your role requires you to have a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check, you will be required to repay the cost of obtaining this (£50).This amount will be reclaimed from your first salary. It is also recommended that following your DBS check you subscribe to the DBS update service.
Please note that news starters with KGH are subject to a six month probationary period.
