Staff Nurse - A&E - Worcestershire Royal Hospital

A&E at Worcester Royal Hospital is a modern department which consists of a 4 bedded resus area, 4 bedded high care/resus step down area; a 2 bedded rapid initial assessment area, 13 majors cubicles. With an additional 3 bedded paediatric area with a secure waiting room, and a separate minor injuries unit.

We have several exciting opportunities for Full and Part Time Band 5 Staff Nurses on Permanent contracts, to join our well established, friendly experienced nursing team in the Accident & Emergency Department at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

The successful candidates will be dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated. We have an established induction/mentorship programme and a practice development nurse for additional support.

The robust training package offered is designed in house to support nurses from many backgrounds to gain the skills and confidence necessary for an emergency nurse.

Shortlisted candidates will be expected to attend an Assessment Centre on one of our sites where you would be required to complete an assessment and attend a formal interview.
