Community Mental Health / Clnic Nurse Band 5

An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a suitably qualified Band 5 nurse to our innovative Recovery focussed Team. We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified staff.

The Recovery Focussed Team is an all age adult Secondary Mental Health Community Team providing care to individuals with a variety of mental health problems including psychosis, non-psychosis and organic conditions; within the team we also offer Assertive Outreach and Older Peoples pathways. We are currently developing the service and pathways we provide; so this is an exciting time to join the team in this period of development and recent relocation

We can offer a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary environment in which to develop through regular training opportunities, regular individual and group supervision and a supportive team ethos.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 (some flexibility required) and excluding bank holidays. Due to the large geographical area of North Lincs, it is essential that applicants are able to efficiently and effectively move around the area to deliver the interventions in a timely manner.

The post is predominantly clinic based, but also involves working in the community. We offer excellent opportunities to develop skills to meet both physical and mental health needs. We are seeking a nurse who is wanting to enhance skills and be able to work both on their own and as part of the team. Being organised and have a caring, compassionate nature.
