Following recent funding to enhance the Physiotherapy offer within the Neighbourhood Teams exciting opportunities have arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Physiotherapists to join the Leeds Community Healthcare Neighbourhood Teams.
The teams are made up of a wide range of healthcare professionals to deliver nursing, therapy and social care. The focus at all times on the individual, either supporting the patient to stay at home, avoid admission or supporting our partners to facilitate hospital discharge.
You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team and develop your skills in community based physiotherapy.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. The Neighbourhood Teams also require therapists to be able to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm over 7 days.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
