Are you an experienced Administrator? Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The SPA/ Community Rehabilitation Service at St Mary’s Hospital Isle of Wight NHS Trust, fixed-term until 30th September 2021.

We are looking for a highly organised, dynamic and enthusiastic individual with relevant administrative experience for this varied and developing role.

You will need to demonstrate flexibility, reliability and commitment to team working. You will require extensive administrative skills in order to effectively provide a comprehensive, high quality administrative service. Tasks will include; processing referrals, producing letters, document distribution and creating and maintaining spreadsheet and databases. As well as maintaining and distributing minutes of staff meetings.

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with your friendly approach, will enable you to build productive working relationships with employees and the people we support.

In return for your skills we offer regular supervision and training and you will benefit from working within an experienced and supportive team.

You will be based on the St Mary’s Hospital site, 08.30-16.30, currently over Monday – Friday however with the potential to work over seven days.
