An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Operational Team Manager to join our busy and well established Community CAMHS Team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be part of a team who provide line management and leadership to the clinical teams. You will act as a role model within the service to foster a culture of professional development and excellent standards of care maintaining strong standards of effective working. You will developing and maintain excellent and effective working relationships with all clinical and non-clinical colleagues, working alongside the City wide and Senior Leadership Team.

The role will provide the successful candidate with genuine opportunity for you to further develop your existing management skills and make a difference to the service we provide.

We are looking for an Operational Manager who has a real passion for working with children and young people and who can bring their skills, experience and enthusiasm to lead and manage others, meeting the needs of the Children and young people and their families. As part of the role you will be responsible for providing line management, delivering Case load management and allocation of clinical work.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an experience of working within a CAMHS or a mental health setting. You will have experience of leadership and workload allocations and change management. You must have a sound understanding of national drivers and a passion for supporting staff through change as we continue to navigate our way through the effects of the pandemic. If you are passionate, driven and forward thinking, this is the post for you.

To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years; experience in a supervisory capacity within a relevant setting, be highly organised and have a strong desire for change and innovation
