The Director of Corporate Delivery is a newly created role, reporting to our Chief Strategy Officer, with responsibility for providing expertise and leadership on the delivery of a broad range of strategic programmes.

Acting as the key link between strategic design, project planning and delivery, through to operational performance; you will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and in partnership with our Clinical Groups, to operationalise our strategic priorities to deliver the best possible quality of care to our patients.

A driven and influential leader, you will provide leadership and direction to our Head of Programme Management Office (PMO) to direct the application of best practice principles and tools across Trustwide projects through the PMO and through the development and delivery of a Strategic Delivery Programme Plan.

You will have worked at a senior level in a large complex organisation and have in depth professional knowledge and experience in strategic development and Project Management, in addition to experience of planning and implementing long-term strategy. Your first class communication skills will afford you the ability to be able to work in partnership across boundaries to inspire teams to deliver the best possible care to all of our patients.
